Basic Membership


The free basic membership plan gains you access to the runners online community, which is our members section, packed with endurance insights, runner’s workout routines, running zone calculator, indepth theory and application of our method and much more.

TrainingPeaks Credentials

Your new coach will need to apply to become your coach on TrainingPeaks, and will then monitor your progress and update your training plan accordingly. Please indicate which TrainingPeaks account, you would like to use. If you do not have an account, we will setup a Basic TrainingPeaks account, free of charge.

If you have a TrainingPeaks account, we will apply to become your coach, and set up your training plan. Below you can specify the email and username of you current (or desired) TrainingPeaks account.
