Weight Loss Training Plans
All our weight loss plans should be combined with a proper diet for weight loss. The main focus in the training plans, is to optimize your body’s fat burning ability, as well as letting you burn much more calories, than would be possible at the same training load, but done at high intensity.
Our training plans focus on burning fat and carbohydrates, and thereby burning calories. Normally a fitness weight loss plan is designed to give you high intensity sessions. Our weight loss training plans on the other
hand, will give you an equivalent workout load, but instead of high intensity session, our low intensity sessions, will let you burn more calories, given the same workload. And on top of that, you body will improve its fat burning ability, as you follow the training plan. This build in endurance feature is completely different from other weight loss plans using fitness, as they do not improve your fatburning ability, but takes the body’s current capability, and lets that level stagnate as you work out with high intensity.
Weight Loss Training Plan - Level 0
This weight loss training plan are designed to build you capabilities so that you are able to walk steady half an hour. With 3 workouts a week. These can be supplemented by strength training or equivalent.
Weight Loss Training Plan - Level 1
This weight loss training plan are designed to build you capabilities so that you are able to walk steady half an hour. With 3 workouts a week. These can be supplemented by strength training or equivalent.
Weight Loss Training Plan - Level 2
This weight loss training plan are designed to build on your level 0 or 1 achievements to level 2 (being able to walk/run steady half an hour).
Weight Loss Training Plan - Level 2
This weight loss training plan are designed to build on your level 0 or 1 achievements to level 2 (being able to walk/run steady half an hour).
