Use the calculator to get your running zones. The values might differ slightly form those automatically generated in TrainingPeaks. Those values are generated from a regular spread in the % of aerobic threshold, but these percentages might differ from athlete to athlete.

We offer you the opportunity to choose from three different test types. We recommend doing the 10-60 running test, for the most accurate result.

If you are not able to run for a full hour, you will also be able to obtain your results from a 3-9 minute running test, or a previous single run at max speed.
