At Greenmoor Running we offer a broad variety of training plans, ranging from absolute beginner to sub-elite training plans for all endurance running distances.
Although, the training plans are not aimed at people with no running experience, who want to get in shape, they can be utilized by determined and focused beginners. I.e., those who wish to set up a training regime, that will enable them to complete almost all levels of endurance distances, while improving the general health, reducing the risk of injuries and improving your bio-motor, making you more efficient, giving you greater form and feeling better all round.

Weight Loss Plans
Our philosophy is that weight loss is not about loosing a lot of weight fast – it is about creating a body awareness and a healthy body image. On top of that, we want your body to, in the long run, optimize the way fat is converted into energy, meaning that your body will burn fat before carbohydrates. This will lead to permanent fat loss and thereby permanent weight loss.
